How we use SMS

Coda ("we," "us") uses SMS text messaging to follow up with people who have requested information, booked a call, or otherwise engaged with us or one of our clients. Messages may include appointment reminders, replies to your inquiries, and relevant follow-ups tied to a conversation you've already started with us.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email corey@codaoutbound.com to be removed from our list.

Privacy

Information collected through SMS conversations, including your phone number and message content, is used solely to communicate with you and to improve how we follow up. We retain this information only as long as needed to serve that purpose and do not use it for anything beyond the conversation you've opted into.

Terms

By providing your phone number and engaging in a text conversation with us, you consent to receive SMS messages from Coda related to that conversation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carrier charges may apply; contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
