How we reach your buyers

One channel at a time.
Fastest first.

Their mobile phone → LinkedIn → Email → A small gift → The company line. A typical SDR blasts every channel at once. We go one at a time, in this order, and only move on when a channel doesn't work.

  1. Channel 1

    Their mobile phone

    What we do
Our senior callers in Canada and the US call the buyer on their own mobile number. We check the number first.
    Why it's here
It's the fastest way to reach a real person. One good call can book the meeting.
    When we move on
If we can't reach them on the phone, we move to LinkedIn.
  2. Channel 2

    LinkedIn

    What we do
We connect with the buyer and send a short, plain message about why we called.
    Why it's here
Next to the phone, it is the fastest way to reach them. Most buyers check LinkedIn on their phone.
    When we move on
If they don't answer on LinkedIn, we move to email.
  3. Channel 3

    Email

    What we do
A short email from a real person, written for that buyer. One at a time, never a blast.
    Why it's here
Some buyers answer email when they never pick up the phone. It gives them a way to say yes on their own time.
    When we move on
If email doesn't get a reply, we may suggest a gift.
  4. Channel 4

    A small gift

    What we do
Sometimes a small gift gets the meeting. It is optional, and we talk it through with you first.
    Why it's here
A gift stands out when every inbox is full. It only goes out if you say yes.
    When we move on
If the gift doesn't open the door, we call the company line.
  5. Channel 5

    The company line

    What we do
We call the main company number and ask for the buyer, or for the right person if they left.
    Why it's here
Last, because it is the slowest way in. But it still reaches people the other channels miss.
    When we move on
We keep going until the meeting is held, or until the buyer tells us no.

How you pay

You pay for held meetings, not channels. We use whatever mix gets the meeting. Some buyers book on the first call. Some need every channel. Your price stays the same.

The Keep Calling Promise

We don't guarantee outcomes. We put in the work: if your meetings aren't held in time, we keep calling at no charge until they are. Your part: approve the list within 2 days and show up to the meetings. No refunds.
